Congratulations to Ovid-Elsie High School’s Student of the Week, sophomore Jeremiah! Mr. Topping nominated Jeremiah since he is consistently one of the highest scorers in Chemistry and is willing to assist others when they are stuck. In Computer App and Design, he goes above and beyond to challenge himself to create more advanced projects. He is a great student. Not only does Jeremiah excel in the classroom, he’s also active in cross country, wrestling, track & field, FFA, 4H, and the Robotics team. After graduation, Jeremiah plans to attend college for Robotic Engineering and hopes to help develop technology in the agricultural industry.

Next week, November 18-22, Middle School Student Council is organizing a food drive! We invite MS students to bring in non-perishable items to their 1st-hour classrooms throughout the week. The classroom that donates the most items will win a hot chocolate bar, which we’ll arrange at a later date as a thank-you for their generosity. Donated items will be delivered to the Elsie Food Bank.
