We have a very special birthday today!!! It’s the big kahuna’s birthday! Being the boss is not always a fun or easy job. He doesn’t get a lot of thanks for telling kiddos to stop breaking rules but without him we’d be in a mess. He’s kind and fun, has a great sense of humor and never asks anyone to do something that he wouldn’t be willing to do first. He also is a master at the tuba and can play almost any instrument! Bet you never knew that! Happy birthday Mr Ormsbee. Thank you for being awesome!
Track Announcement:
We have some exciting news to share about our OEMS track teams. Yesterday, our boys team started their season strong by defeating two out of the three teams they faced. Will B., our top runner, led the way with two second-place finishes and one first-place finish. Congratulations, Will!
But that's not all – our OEMS girls team achieved something truly remarkable. They pulled off their first sweep of the season, beating all three schools they competed against. The list of top performers is so long that Coach Snyder will be sharing it with the team after school today. Congratulations to all our amazing girls!
We'd like to extend a special thanks to Mrs. Reha, Mrs. Bushard, and Coach Hufnagel for their invaluable help and support during yesterday's events.
Practice will be held after school today in the gym.
Student Challenge will be held in the IC tomorrow morning @ 7:25am. All are welcome!
